Spring RECREATION-PLUS SOCCER
"Rec-Plus"

Our "Rec-Plus" Spring Recreational Soccer was a huge success! We will be starting our program again on March 10th and will conclude with the Rose City Tournament the weekend of April 18th. We will be using the same format as before for players aged 4-12 who want to combine fun, learning and age-appropriate competition without the time commitment or travel required by our more advanced programs.  The 6-week program again begins Monday March 10th and will be at the Remington Front Soccer fields (Singletary Soccer Complex). Space will be limited so register today.

The Details:

• Mondays/Thursday 6:00 - 7:15 (meet 12 times in all)
• Curriculum includes 15 minutes of skill development with TASA’s professional instructors, followed by age-appropriate games
  
• Program is open to players 4 -12 years of age.
  
• Cost is $45 and includes skill instruction, referees, 12 sessions, and soccer t-shirt.

• Small-sided games increase touches on the soccer ball, keeping players actively involved in the games.  4-5 year olds and 6-7 year olds will play 4v4 with no goalkeepers, and older players will play 6v6 with goalkeepers.
• All-Stars: One Boys and One Girls Team from each age bracket. Selected by coaches to compete in the spring Rose City Challenge.
• Entry fee to Rose CityTournament provided by TASA. Inaugural season promotion for every RecPlus player to receive tournament t-shirt
• TASA has over 25 years of soccer history, a full-time director of coaching and many qualified and dedicated staff.  We are the soccer professionals in this region.
  
• Players should bring a full water bottle, soccer or athletic shoes, and shin guards to every meeting.  Soccer balls will be provided and can be purchased for $12 at the fields.
  
• Program will be adapted according to the numbers, but fun, learning, and games will be the focus of the program.
  John Regan is the director of coaching and brings over 15 years of youth coaching experience. 
• Mike Baugh will be the Rec-Plus director and will coordinate the volunteer coaching staff
  
• March 10 (Monday) is the kickoff night and the final night to register.

Box 662, Thomasville, GA 31799; or 2) pay online with Paypal (click here) and complete your child’s registration by either mailing in the registration form or bringing it to the field; 3) register and pay on kick-off night beginning at 5:30 pm at Remington front soccer fields--please contact Coach Regan or Mike Baugh ahead of time so they'll know to expect your player. We plan on seeing you at the soccer fields!
